Windows 7. why not install dongle blue tooth dongle and wireless modem made for Vista?
Initially, the modem software has worked for a day and then it became corrupted. notr I could install it again after the un-install. I was able to install other software such as winrar file of hippo.com.
Try plugging it in, then go to Control Panel and clicking on "add a device to this computer "in the" Hardware and Sound section. This may help
