Someone please explain this Bluetooth thing for me. How does it work?
I just got a new phone cell after the upgrade from my 4 years dinosaurs year. It has Bluetooth capability. I know it means I can plug a cord earmolds free device for her, but there are other things I can use? I saw this unit at Wal-Mart almost like a USB key. Is this something I can plug into my computer and put information on a USB key, then plug it into my phone and download photos / Music / or something else? Or am I totally confused? Please someone clarify this for me. I know my phone can play music and videos and has Bluetooth capability. My computer is more the case if these devices would work with my current computer? I want to know if I am able to download stuff to my phone without paying the nose for "Internet Connection".
Hello there. Bluetooth is used in a number of ways. The first way is to buy a Bluetooth headset and use it to make phone calls. You can program your phone to be activated by voice, so you can say the name of someone in the helmet and it will dial the number. How the second is to buy a Bluetooth dongle and connect it to your computer. You can pair the dongle to your phone and your computer so you can copying music, pictures, etc. on your computer to your phone, or vice versa. The third way is, in my opinion, the most useful. You can use Bluetooth to transfer things like music, ringtones, pictures, contacts between phones. This means that if your friends and relatives of music, etc., that you like on their Bluetooth phones, they can send them. Similarly, you can send things to them in the same way.
