The second type is the over-the-head headphones. A DJ-style headphone that goes well with serious music enthusiasts is definitely the best. This utilizes muffle technology to get rid of outside noise in order for you to listen to and hear the softest sound that comes out of the headphone. This type is widely used by many bands and musicians, especially disc jockeys wanting to have an ultimate musical experience.
The third category is also the smallest: the earbuds. It is another style of headset which is quite similar to the cradle style. Both earbuds and cradle-style headphones have two ear pieces connected to each other with a wire and shares the same battery power source. This style is also good for people who exercise and who prefer to have hassle-free headphones. The only downside to this style of headset is that they tend to easily fall out of your ears because there is less support to keep them in your ear canal.
