Sony MEX-BT5700U CD Receiver – XPLOD Equipped with Bluetooth
The MEX-BT5700U features Bluetooth hands-free with an integrated microphone and audio streaming functionality. It supports a wide variety of Bluetooth profiles, including Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP), so we can access the contents from our Bluetooth-enabled devices. USB 1-Wire allows us to connect directly, charge, and control our digital music player via the USB jack in the front of the unit, as well as view metadata like song title and artist on the front display. The Wide display in this receiver gives up to four lines of music and phone call data and the flip-down faceplate keeps our CDs and stereo secure.
Quick-Browser offers for a deep search and select songs by category, including artist, album, or playlist. There is a Jump Mode that gets us closer to the song we need by allowing us to fast forward through a music category in 10 percent increments. Multiformat playback allows users to play CDs, CD-Rs, or CD-RWs loaded with hundreds of MP3, WMA, or AAC songs. With DM+ (Digital Music Plus), the MEX-BT5700U reproduces detailed and high-frequency sound from compressed audio. This receiver integrates with either XM or SIRIUS satellite radio Unlink adaptors so that users can receive digital satellite radio broadcasts.
HD Radio capability offers users to receive digital audio broadcasts when used with an optional HD Radio tuner. Improving the system’s dynamic range, reducing system noise and providing powerful volume, the MEX-BT5700U receiver has a built-in LPF / HPF (Low Pass Filter / High Pass Filter) functionality that provide us the power to personalize the sound to our external amplifiers and other custom components.
