Nokia N95 – Impressive!
One of the most highly anticipated phone of last year, the Nokia N95 has scaled market verticals as soon as it was released. Much true to its over hyped advertisement, the device is enabled with advance ergonomics that makes it quite close to a computer. Some of the highlights of Nokia N95 is 5 MP camera (with VGA quality video capturing capability), robust media player with 3.5mm jack headphone, a dual slider design, integrated GPS, Wi-Fi and Blueooth. Besides, it is an Symbian smartphone as well.Considering the features that are packed into it, the Nokia N95 comes in a compact 3.8 inches long by 2.1 inches wide by 0.8 inch thick and weighs only 4.2 ounces. The phone is surely not slim and sexy, but still does good with its stocky outlook and plum and silver colour scheme. The unique two way sliding mechanism is impressive. While one side reveals the alpha numeric keys, the other is reserved for media player controls. The N 95′s keys are large and raised so typing is much faster and hassle free. Moving onto the display, the Nokia N95 features a gorgeous 2.6-inch QVGA TFT screen with a 16 million-color output and 320×240 pixel resolution. The images and graphics looks sharp and bright, and one can change the theme of the home screen, backlighting time, and font size.
Feature wise the Nokia N95 is rich – most attractive being its imaging prowess. The whooping 5MP camera comes with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens. There are enough editing and customisation options, which includes the brightness, contrast, white balance, color tone, ISO light sensitivity, and exposure value to get the best picture possible. Plus, there are seven shooting modes – ranging from close-up to sports to night portrait, and five quality settings. The Nokia N95 can record video at a maximum VGA resolution (640×480) at 30 frames per second. There’s about 150MB of internal memory for saving your photos and videos. And if you would rather want to share what you have captured, the Nokia N95 comes with the advantage of photo blogging. More fun comes with a competent music player and a FM radio.
A really good gadget with loads to flaunt about, the Nokia N95 is sure the latest wonder in the mobile market.
