Why do Americans (U.S.) spell differently?
Color instead of color, instead of civilization Civilization, etc., in aluminum instead of aluminum, etc. Is their language is not English any more? Is it simply called "American"?
I am teasing you (in fun most of the time) on spelling MA – My friends say when I type or write words like "favorite" or "work" or "color" I am typing again in Canada! In fact, we use the Queen's English, so spelling. Phonetically, the same thing .. the same sound, the only difference is in the written word, or print. Yes, Americans say it is U.S. who do evil, but we are everyone, just the spelling of certain words differently. Cheers. And for the guy trying to insult you above – It's "you're" not your .. lol. At least get the spelling right before criticizing others YOU!
