How do I install blue tooth on my laptop?

Hello i have a laptop with a Toshiba Satellite laptop 4 GB. Do I install via a blue tooth dongle or is there a website that I can download free soft wear? Thank you for your reply. Also, where can I find hard to wear on my PC if I? I'm not very good with technology.

You can not just bluetooth 'install'. As mentioned above, the ability to have bluetooth on a computer requires a bluetooth device that plugs into the computer.
