Theres something shaking inside my camcorder store told me it normal …?
I bought a Canon HV30 a few days ago, the store, the salesman opened the box, took the camera in his hands and shook a little and put his ear next to him, then shook his head as if he heard nothing, if the camera was good to go … When I went home the next day I noticed something shaking / moving inside … I returned to the store and another vendor was there, he took the camera back and returned and said that he checked another brand new, and the same thing, then another salesman said it was the image stabilizer to Inside that was moving and it was normal … I then asked another person on youtube that had the equipment, He told me the same thing … I am not aware yet convinced because the first seller that sold it to me, seemed to say that nothing should shake Inside … someone has an opinion?
take it back, get a refund should move inside. stabilizer image is a chip, it does not move, they'll BS'ing
