how can I fix the tip of the ears of dogs?
my dog has the edge of his ear bitten and he was bleeding a lot and I took him to the vet. She gave him one of those cone collars so that it will not scratch it and sent us home. It does not work well. He simply rubs the head against the edge of things and broke the tip and it bleeds again. I tried to conclude with gauze, but he just ripped. Any help please?
You should try derma-glue (similar to Super Glue) for dogs. The vet should be able to do so. Another thing is, until what the ear starts to heal over and stops itching, the vet can give you some Benadryl or something similar. It will stop itching, the more it can make your dog a little sleepy, so it will be able to leave the wound alone.
