Smart Music Play with Nokia 5530 XpressMusic
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic handsets features a fantastic music player which can play music for an incredible 27 hours and is compatible with WAV, WMA, RA, AAC, MP3and M4A music file formats. The handset features stereo speakers which can play music with incredible sound quality. For listening to handsfree music, the device is provided with a 3.5mm audio jack. There is a Stereo Fm radio provided with the device which can play songs from the available radio stations. The phone also features a fantastic WMV, 3GP, RV, MP4 video files compatible video player which plays excellent quality videos.
The handset is provided with interesting Java enabled games which adds more colors to the phone’s entertainment capabilities. One can even download java enabled games over this device. The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic is light weight and compact sized with size amounting to 104mm x 49mm x 13mm and weight 107 gms. The handset has a large 2.9inch display screen which offers a high resolution of 360 x 640 pixels. The phone comes with enhanced screen features like accelerometer which allows automatic screen rotation and allows one to watch the screen comfortably from all sides. There is a Proximity sensor which switches off the screen light automatically when the gadget is not being used. The device also comes with handwriting recognition.
The device comes with high speed Internet access and allows one to check emails anytime and anywhere. One can send emails and instant messages in a small matter of time. The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic comes with enhanced EDGE and GPRS technologies which allows fast speed data transfer. It is Wi-Fi enabled hence one can send pictures, messages and document files from a far away place to a device placed at home or office. There is no need of connecting it through a wire as the technology allows wireless data transfer through local hotspot or WLAN. One can transfer images from this device to a nearby placed laptop or PC as it features a short range wireless Bluetooth technology. There is a MicroUSB port provided in case one is not able to establish the wireless connections with few incompatible devices.
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic features a wonderful 3.15 MP camera which offers a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and comes with autofocus and LED flash. The images taken by this device are of fantastic picture quality. The camera captures videos of VGA format at 30fps. The device features an internal memory of 70MB along with 128 MB SDRAM. There is a 4GB MicroSD card slot which can be expanded upto 16GB which is a huge amount of space for storing large number of music, video or game files. The handset comes with easy download of polyphonic and MP3 ringtones.
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic however lacks 3G skills hence it lacks video calling facility, international roaming and GPS navigation which might not be favorable for some users. The device comes with Voice or command dial , Photo editor and T9. The handset is equipped with a standard Li-ion battery of 100mAh which allows the phone to work for 5hrs of talktime and 336 hrs of standby time.
