How Do I Keep a Man Hooked & Make Sure He Never Gets Bored of Me? These Tricks Work Real Well
If you are like me and have been in a relationship for any substantial amount of time, you are bound to know that keeping your partner’s interest and desirability in you can be worrisome at times. Never despair, though! If your relationship with your significant other (assuming it has reached that level) is really meant to be, then you can be 100% successful in implementing a few ideas that you may have not thought about. If they do not work with a little persistence, then there is a pretty good chance that your man is not in this for the long haul and it is time to move on. Learn To Give and Take
No two people in any relationships are identical, nor are their interests (Unless you happen to live in a fantastical TV-land type world) Show that you are genuinely interested in some of his activities. Spend time talking about what he likes with him on occasion. That is, however, where the “take” part of the equation comes in. Your companion will go to romantic movies with you (if that is your thing), cook for you on occasion, and just cuddle on occasion-just as you wish. It is give and take all the way.
Jealousy is Beast Usually Left Well-Enough Alone!
Being overly-jealous is just, simply put, bad. It will only drive him away in the not-so long term if this obsessive behavior is persistent. An airtight, mutual trust in your relationship is irreplaceable. Establish trust, and do not obsess with spying on or “checking-up” on him. If there is indeed unfaithfulness on his part, trust me, it will come out-all in good time. I realize it may be overwhelming at times; so, if you must call him-out, be somewhat subtle and very respectful about it.
No Clinginess Allowed!
Just as you need your space every-so-often, so does he. The key word is always, and irrevocably, moderation. Try in all earnest to bypass obsessive behavior, no matter how compelling it may be at times. On the other hand, however, continually feed his interest and desire in you. He will do likewise if he sincerely wants to be with you.
You Are Perfectly Capable of Independence
Real men (minus the trashier, abusive type) love a woman who knows how to “hold her own”. You should never, ever let him think that you are going to be the stereotypical subordinate much of history has dictated. Establish your own career, have your own interests, and yet, let it always be known that while you are capable of “going-it solo”, you very much want to share your life with him through a mutual relationship of trust, loyalty, and genuine love.
Something to Remember During More Turbulent Times
Just as you abide by the no-jealousy clause set-forth above, you may have to spin it to see if Romeo gets jealous about you (pictures of you with cute studs, etc.) You know where I am going with this. If he is truly committed to you, then he will once again take the reigns and show you that you are the one that matters.
Sex, Sex, Sex
Ah yes, sex. It is activity that has the power to either break or make a relationship. Men yearn for it, and women, well, we usually want it, too. This is such a natural feeling to want to express your love through hot, sensual sex. Beware, though! Too much “routine sex”, or lack of sex altogether for that matter, will not only make him lose interest, but seek “better” sex elsewhere. Blasphemous! Change it up-be ever-creative while making sweet, sweet love.
Back to the Notion of Space
Only this time, this notion will entail being physically separated for a mutually-agreeable time frame (days, weeks, or even months). You may think he has lost almost all interest in you. Propose a trial separation-agree to go your own ways. While doing so, send him hints and cues every-so-often (how often this is-well, just use your common sense and female intuition) that you are still very much in love and interested in him (do not “cake it on” though). If he genuinely misses and loves you like he supposedly did, then the two of you will reunite even stronger than before!
