I just got the Pantech Matrix for Christmas and there is a visible scratch?
My sister sat beside me and my phone slipped and struck the metal tip here on jeans and a scratch visible in the center. I tried the toothpaste thing and it did not work. The scratch is not deep, but it is long and when the screen turns black u see. I went to the phone shop and told me to get a repair kit from scratch and it did not help, but it was expensive. I also tried petroleum jelly and lotion, but whenever u clean the excess right there. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok but my parents bought me some time ago this place one in the mall. they get their shipments not so often because it is a stand not a store. I do not have insurance on this and they said that a 15 day warrenty
