questions about Chrysler Intrepid!?
I have some questions: I'll get a stereo speaker and installd in my Chrysler Intrepid 1997. I have speakers already, but I'm not sure if they are the right size because I bought them before I bought the car. what size speakers do you need for this type of car? Also, do I need anything else? I know I need to get a dash kit, but is there another thing I need? I have a question about rims so, can I put rims 16''sur this car? the tire size (I'm pretty sure) is 225/60/r16 Another question, perhaps stupid, but the buttons on the steering wheel, I know the buttons on the left are for the cruise control, but buttons on the right to say "acceleration" and anything else I can not remember when lol. But what exactly are these buttons? Thank you! 
Well there is a wiring adapter that you should buy it easily allows you to disconnect your old system and plug the adapter on your new stereo system, then plug it into the original wiring on car.You may want to pick up the front mount kit in the same place you buy the adapter harness to leave, just put in new stereo system so they can match of things well for a you.Each adapter kits and headrest lasts about 20 to 25 dollars a piece from places like Radio Shack. You can find the size of the front very easily using a small flat screwdriver head and slowly pushing inward on the metal face plate that you see on each front door, I know their rounds and about 10 inches of rear speakers diameter.The exit through the trunk and some metal clips and you could get their size, but on a popping or simply calling the dealership. If you read the label on the front door, they'll tell you on the sizes of tires that can be used or read the owner's manual, but as I recall vehicle can either use 15-inch tires to the max size 16. "Note that if you change the size of the tires and rims size 15 you'll have to get the transmission comp = TCM internal reprogrammed or a set of size 15 or otherwise your speedo speedometer will be off. "The extreme left-bottom steering wheel cruise control button is used to start the cruise control, once you press the button you press down right away to initiate or dis-engage the cruise control switch at the top left is to cancel the cruise control switch on the top right is to accelerate = Increase speed regulator speed.
