Left Handed TaylorMade Tour Burner Fairway Wood Review
In 2008, TaylorMade Burner Fairway Wood has two technologies Crown weighs less than a typical crown. Saved weight is redistributed to give the Burner 2008, a 35% lower CG (center of gravity) than the previous Burner, promoting a higher launch and flight for more carry and distance. Meanwhile, the fast-looking triangular shaped head permits an even lower CG placement, which makes it even easier to get a solid launch.
Boasting the largest size and footprint of a channel steel TaylorMade 2008 Burner Fairway has a 6% increase MOI (moment of inertia) than previous Burner models of course increased forgiveness on off-center hits.
The tree SuperFast and Arrow 2 ultra-light grip each promote greater swing speed for more distance.
The Burner fairway woods also boast what TaylorMade calls " Ultra-Thin Wall "which means the walls of the club head is a mere 0.55 millimeters, which makes them easier to generate a certain speed head club seriously.
The last feature is a "fast looking" triangular head shape, which because of its greater size should help give you more confidence when addressing the ball and offers more forgiveness, which is something we could all use a little more. The Burner Tour Launch has a more compact form and head the center of gravity (CG) location is a bit more forward than the High Launch.
