Risalone oil treatment will make your oil is too thick?

I bought this oil treatment to Autozone, I Nissan Maxima had a 95 with 295K miles original engine, I maintained it very well, well I just made ??a complete change from the first oil Synthetic a month ago I put Mobil 1 10W30 in it with Mobil oil filter, the car saw Castrol GTX 10W30 High Milega last 100K miles every 2500 miles. and straight line Mobil 1 is one of my buttons to make a fuss the first 2 minutes of cold starts a few days after oil change, then I thought it was too thin to ia added that the processing of oil and it did not help out at all for a week now after that the noise went away no more ticking on cold starts. Perhaps the Mobil cleaners cleaned some dirt and the guys blocked an oil duct or do you think of oil processing has solved the problem? and is it true about these oil treatments do more harm than good?

One point on which all manufacturers of oil agreement is: do not use oil additives, etc. as treatments they ruin them up. You end up paying more for less. In some cases it may void the warranty. Get a good oil and filter change for the sake of manufacturer engine, that's all you need to do.
