How can I do a reset on a Motorola KRZR?
I bought a Motorola KRZR K1m used on Craigslist. Does someone know how I could do a reset? I do not know the security code. But I'm sure there's a way around that. Any help would be great, thank you.
If you're on Verizon, this is what the Motorola Web site recommends a restaurant phone: Press Press Menu Press Enter Security Settings 4 unlock code. (Default 1234, 0000, or last 4 digits of your phone number) Press OK Press Restore Phone Tap Yes when prompted with the message "erase all user data and reset settings to factory default? "Note: You dial * 228 cycles after the power of your phone to reprogram the phone. Hope this helps! Hit me back if it does not. I'll paste the link to the FAQ below, and a link to the product page. (Incidentally, if you have difficulty hearing, be sure to mount the volume using the side buttons during the call. Turning when not on a call does not change the ringer volume, not the earpiece.
