reseting Plantronics Explorer 230 Bluetooth Headset?
I have a BlackBerry Curve 8230 and a Plantronics Explorer 230 Bluetooth Headset and they seem not be able to link. I think it's because the bluetooth has been synchronized to another phone. Is there a way to reset bluetooth? or perhaps the problem lies in the phone?
powercycle both phone and headset. turn on the phone only. turn on its Bluetooth! not his helmet on the phone, looking helmet should now see pair … such as 0000 should pair … Otherwise, the helmet needs a special code … see the manual or call the original owner for the pairing code … not always binding, so … plantrontics call and RIM … 611 may be able to help your … but not that much
