keyboad Wireless maintains a failure?
I have a Rocketfish wireless keyboard. I bought two weeks ago and had 2 problems repeatedly. 1) The keyboard stops working intermittently. I'll be typing letters and just turn off the screen to reappear. I have to disconnect the Bluetooth connection and then reconnect it to work. 2) The computer gets stuck on a letter. I'm typing and the keyboard stops working and the same letter will just keep appearing, as if I'm holding down the button. For example: It's like thissssssssssssssssssssssss. I have to unplug and reconnect via Bluetooth. Does anyone have any idea what the heck is going on? Thank you for the help. I replaced the two batteries time. The dongle is 12 inches from the keyboard (in the replicator USB port on the side of the monitor). I think I should bring it back to Best Buy and exchange. Would everyone agree?
You can try to put new batteries in it, but if it does not work I would return it and get another one. If its only 2 weeks the shop you bought it back and must be replaced. Otherwise, you can contact the manufacturer and replaced by them as it will still under warranty.
