Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 Review is pretty positive except for a few hitches here and there. However, these problems are very minor and can easily be overlooked. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 Review says that the camera is available for only 249 dollars which is a great bargain for all the features that the camera is jam packed with. To start with the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 Review, we can safely say that the exterior of the camera is wonderfully designed wit h right buttons at the right places. The camera is available in 4 colors which include silver, bronze, black and blue. Not only that, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 Review also mentions that the front of the camera is provided with concentric rings on its surface to improve your grip on the device. The only drawback of this feature is that these rings easily accumulate dirt and grime which is difficult to get rid of.
There is a 3 inch LCD screen at the back of the camera which allows you to view the pictures that you take. In addition to that, the controls keys that are provided at the back are organized very well according to the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 Review. All the keys are present and yet the arrangement is not at all cluttered and crowded. You can easily make out which key controls what and maneuver the camera the way you want to. The top of the camera also only has 3 buttons instead of the numerous buttons in the earlier models. This feature, when in the automatic mode, takes photographs with different settings so that that you have options to choose from when you want to use those pictures. This is highly helpful during dim light conditions and enables you to get a usable image. The other very useful feature of the camera that is essential to mention in the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 Review is that of the warnings that the camera gives you when you adjust certain settings. In other cameras you have to figure out for yourself when you activate something by mistake and another feature does not work because of that. It is a tedious job and sometimes you tend to give up and work without it. But in case of the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290, it tells you if a feature gets deactivated due to the activation of another feature. For example, the Face Detection feature does not work when the spot meter is activated and the camera tells you that the moment you activate the Face Detection feature.
