Our invention relates to rescue apparatus and more particularly to an improved form of litter emergency that can rightly be called "whole body splint." And then, the stretcher can be tilted as on steep slopes, stairs or narrow passages. The means by which the patient is attached to the base of the carrier must be able to resist sagging along the axis of the spine that the patient is rotated. If in the vertical tilt of the spine is required, it is essential that the change in the vector force of gravity relative to the spinal axis does not cause significant forces of tension or compression on the back or neck from the weight of the head. As changes in skeletal structure in the envelope of the body in response to all these forces, the territory's relationship skull for the rest of the skeleton must be maintained.
To address the problems described above, I provide a full body brace in which a rigid base board provides the basic reference plane on which the patient is carefully placed.
