The ongoing conflict between Motorola and Samsung for the slimmest phone have increased at a higher level with the launch of the ultra slim Samsung X820 . The handset is expected be the world's slimmest mobile phone with just 6.9 mm thick body and weighing only 66 g. The body plastic fiber infused glass is stronger than it seems and looks very stylish in matt black body with silver plated designs. Manufacturers deserve a pat on the back to the ultra-slim phone without compromising its functionality.
The QVGA 1.9-inch TFT-LCD produces rich colors 262k vibrant and gives a clue to the list of feature rich slipped inside. A powerful 2.0 megapixel camera with CMOS sensor that captures specific colors and hues is integrated. 3GP format video recording is also supported. An image editor with different functions is also housed at your convenience. The integrated media player supports MP3, WMA, AAC, AAC +, e-AAC +, AMR formats and plays them in the loudspeaker or Bluetooth stereo headset to your preference. 80 MB of memory is pretty impressive for something so small and thin.
Samsung X820 supports tri-band mobile network and also gives you Internet connectivity via GPRS (Class 10). Navigate to your business and personal emails with the customer messaging. Work on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, TXT, PDF and JPEG files with the document viewer and if you find the screen too small for the goal with "Direct TV-output + "transfer images to an external display. Configuring high-tech wireless Bluetooth for file transfers and wireless printing other that USB makes life as simple as possible. The Samsung X820 supports multi-tasking which means you can listen to your favorite music while you work on the handset.
