Vehicle diagnostic equipment?

Hi, I would really appreciate help if possible. My father has a repair shop of small vehicles in South Africa and looking to buy a diagnostic scanner. He believes the purchase of the scanner C-168 of the automobile. This is a Bluetooth wireless device and is of Chinese origin made. Has anyone ever heard of or used this particular device, and if so, was it all good. Being a small family business, it is on a tight budget and would not buy a product that is not good (the device costs about U.S. $ 850.00). I would be extremely grateful for any advice or information. Thank you.

it should be good, it's just all connections computer terminal for different vehicles that you need, but I would not worry about that particular device and the Bluetooth is obviously just a way of communication the portable device to the computer and have nothing to do with the diagnosis, I can not say I've heard of this particular model then I hope you do not mind answering me, but I have not used but the Chinese computer diagnostic scanners and never had a problem …
