4000 Series: Starting with the Dialog 4220 Lite, these phones combine traditional voice telephony with digital voice quality, making it ideal for service operations. The Dialog 4222 offers full office functionality in a desktop phone with an integrated headset port.
Professional models such as the Dialog 4223 Professional are usually prescribed secretarial supervision configurations, key systems and traditional Call Center (ACD) group function. The addition of soft keys makes this phone easy to use. The Dialog 4224 Operator telephones are designed to work with MD110 and Business Phone PBXs. They have full switchboard access and functionality, large displays call status and caller information and an ergonomically designed keypad.
5000 Series: The Ericsson 5446 phone system comes loaded with the My Dialog Contacts – End-user application for merging MS Office Outlook® contacts to a personal phonebook., hands-free speaker with full duplex (AEC) wideband codec, headset port, # Microphone mute function volume, ring tone, echo cancellation and background noise fill functions. These phones are also compatible with hearing aids.
