Playstation 3 firmware 3.50 disables some USB peripherals
Owners of various PS3 dongle , which includes (but not restricted to) the Yobo PS3 jailbreak , the XCM Cross punch Battle Plus Adapter as well as the Split Fish Frag FX, are reporting compatibility issues after the release of PS3 firmware 3.50. Some conspiracy theorists believe the rampant failure of such devices is linked to Sony’s ongoing battle to circumvent further use of the PS3 dongle , which requires a USB tool to activate.
