Help with the USB connection to the Internet?
I have a Linksys USB adapter and am trying to connect my desktop Dell Verizon FIOS network. The computer says it does not recognize the USB adapter or malfunctioned; can not receive the signal from the FIOS network. Dell is running Windows XP. Let me know if you need more info.
Try using the Linksys software to configure USB adapter instead of Windows. Looks like you have not installed the drivers.
