HTC Touch Diamond HTC P3700 available myluxphone
The HTC Touch Diamond, also known as HTC P3700 or its codename the HTC Diamond is a Windows Mobile Pocket PC 6.1 is designed and manufactured by HTC. It is the first device to feature TouchFLO 3D – a new version of TouchFLO interface, unique to the Touch family. The HTC Touch Diamond was first available in Hong Kong in late May 2008. It was available in all major European carriers in June 2008 and will be available more Later in the year in other parts of the world. The American Touch Diamond was launched September 14, 2008 on the Sprint network, and 10 April 2009 on the Verizon Wireless network. The European release date has been slightly delayed by a ROM update last minute. The carrier destination names for this phone include T-Mobile MDA Compact IV, O2 XDA Diamond O2 XDA Ignito. It is the official successor of the HTC Touch. The successor of Touch Diamond – HTC Touch Diamond2 – was announced in February 2009 for the 2nd Quarter 2009 Press release outside the U.S. and Q4 estimates for America North. Battery HTC is very durable.
The HTC Touch Diamond uses the TouchFLO 3D user interface unique. This interface allows users to easily perform common tasks using their fingers rather than a stylus. TouchFLO 3D is composed of tabs, and the user to switch between tabs by dragging her finger along the row of tabs at the bottom of the screen. The tabs 10 are:
Home – Displays the date and time when the alarm is set for the missed calls, calendar appointments and to come. Flicking the clock up reveals several appointments. People – Shows pictures of contacts in a style that can be laminated rolodex. A scroll bar is also an alternate contact included on the right side of the tab for faster browsing. Messages – Displays received text messages flying on and off screen. Mail – Displays messages received, from 4 different email accounts, in an envelope. Individual emails can be laminated. Internet – Displays a link to open the Opera browser, bookmarks favorite Web sites, and an integrated application to YouTube. Photos and Videos – Displays photos and videos that can be laminated, and buttons to launch the camera to take pictures and record videos. Music – Displays cover art for music that slips in a linear format. Music can be played directly from the tab, and can be forwarded / rewound by touching the cursor forward. The library, which can be accessed by pressing the left button also uses the TouchFLO 3D interface to allow users to sort music by: Now Playing, artists, albums, playlists, all the pieces; Kinds; composers Purchased.
