Everyone i work in call centers is losing / thinning hair, including me?

I had thinning hair in June, around my nine months in this position … dermotologist I was told to take vitamins and no fast food for 6 months. This is it, no solution. I recently noticed that almost every person i work thats been at this job for some time has thinning hair. Even women. I work in a call center, and we do all three departments, they do not separate.
