As a wireless consultant, I answer many questions. Most of them are formulated differently, but they are cased on the same subject. I decided that today would be a good day to respond to a I get questions all the time.
Now, let me be honest and tell you that I work for a consulting firm that specializes in managing wireless accounts for large companies. Also called wireless services account, this solution provides businesses of oversight, accountability,
and management tools to help streamline labor costs and eliminate unnecessary spending.
Any company out there is sensitive to large phone bill, they are not discriminatory. Bills wireless start small, but over time, as businesses grow and hire employees, the bill becomes more difficult to manage larger and certainly more difficult to read.
Expenses rise, things become confused, and possibly your business is a victim of what we call "rip and pay." The term means that instead of watch the bill, you have more or less tear the bill, check the balance due
the first page, and run the check.
What companies do not realize they are leaving tons of money behind, much like the GEICO commercial. The money is there, you just get it.
But how do you get it?

First, take a look at how your users actually use their phone. Do they use texting to communicate with other employees?
Did they use email? These methods of communication can cost extra, but in the big picture, they can save you money.
Who are they calling? What are the most frequently used numbers can significantly reduce your monthly bill to use added features that your carrier offers.
Secondly, who do you use? Many people do not realize that companies are deal with can really save money. Although most of these discounts are not advertised, they are there.
Then you the correct rate plans? Wireless companies want you to think that unlimited plan is the "best case" goes. But most users do than half of the functions that these plans offer unlimited, which means they
pay 50% more than they should.
Last Have you noticed how confused these bills wireless? Reading a bill wireless is more difficult than reading the script from your doctor ….. you know what I mean. Anyway, the point is that due to the confusing layout of these bills, there are possible errors and waste are overlooked.
