Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows
As the latest wave of gaming consoles have offered more powerful hardware and more sophisticated experiments Online PC gaming has seemed on the defensive. We loaded the software from the CD, then connected the receiver wireless gaming in our Windows XP machine. After installing the software from the supplied CD, just plug the dongle. We tried synchronize the two wireless controllers and a headset by pressing the Xbox 360 Guide button on the old and the power button on it. At first, they have not connect – but then we heard our Xbox 360 live in the next room. Lesson learned – after disconnecting the 360 ??(in leaving the PC as the only compatible device in the region), we tried again, but the green lights just spun on and on. Fortunately, pressing the button wireless sync on the receiver and the devices – the small key with the three wavy lines – got to talk to each other. Once synchronized, typing on the Xbox 360 Guide button to display a status icon on the small computer screen, similar to Xbox Live pop-up on a 360. Not content with a single PC, we also tried the wireless receiver on a second XP machine and a box new Vista as well. On the second PC XP, we could not operate the wireless headset. It was recognized, but Windows kept asking us for a pilot compatible – we could not locate the disk or download. We found an updated version of the software on the Microsoft website (version 1.10.120.0, compared to version 1.00.81.0 that ships on the CD), but the problem persists after installing this version. Actually, that particular XP machine made a few questions, if the fault is probably due to a computer that the wireless receiver. However, we noticed a good few complaints Microsoft's own forums as he was investigating the matter.
When we went to install Vista on a machine, the new system operating proactively warned us that the latest software available, so we were able to install a right of entry game – and it worked perfectly.
