When recording footage, file sizes will be large due to the high quality video, but for downsides that is a pretty reasonable one.
The headset is just as easy to use – just plug in the USB input and you’re chatting. It’s also extremely functional and comfortable – even if the boom microphone makes you feel like Madonna during the Vogue era.
Calls can be answered and ended using a button on the headset (though it is quite small – consider finding it a test of your motor skills!), there’s built-in volume adjustment and the unit itself is very comfortable – all great features for someone using it on the go.
The sound quality was perfect and the people I called while using the headset said my voice was coming through more loud and clear than when I ring on my phone.
I was initially thinking the battery life would be short, but managed three hour-long chats with family and friends without any issue and found it ready to go again the next day.
It also provides great audio quality when listening to music, allowing you to walk around your flat (up to 22 yards from the computer) listening to your favourite album without annoying housemates or neighbours.
